TruckCandy prides itself in offering high quality products that arrive in excellent condition. Less than 1% of our products are returned for any reason: Warranty, shipping damage, order processing mistakes, or a customer initiated return.
If a product does need to be returned or exchanged, then we ask that you follow our Return Policies so that we can quickly and accurately handle the return.

2 Month Return Policy
TruckCandy realizes that many items are gifts or are ordered well in advance of an event. Because plans change, we accept returns for two months after your order is received.
All Returns Must be Pre-Authorized
The authorization will include the necessary documentation and procedures
for returning the product.
We process thousands of orders. When one item comes back without documentation, it is very difficult or impossible to determine which customer returned the product.
If you return the product outside of our standard return procedures, then it
will probably be lost, and you will not receive a refund. If it is not lost,
then there will be an additional 5% handling fee charged for processing the
All items are shipped fully insured.
If you are able to inspect the package at the time of delivery, and it is clearly damaged, then refuse delivery. Then call us so that we can file a claim and ship you a new product.
Otherwise, call us, and we will arrange for the return of the damaged product and ship you a new product.
Any item that is defective will be repaired or replaced at our option.
Return of the defective item may be required at our expense.
Used Items Cannot Be Returned
Custom Ordered Items Cannot Be Returned
This includes custom painted items, or items that are specifically ordered from the manufacturer for a customer's order.
Unused Items Can Be Returned
Unused items can be returned within two months of receipt.
The items must be received in unused, ready-to-sell condition. This includes all packaging, parts, and paperwork. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that the product is properly packaged to withstand normal shipping and handling.
Anything shipped "Free Shipping" will have a 15% restocking fee.
Freight Items will not be refunded any subsidized freight expenses. Most freight shipments cost $100-$150. If you did not pay this much, then the freight expenses were subsidized.
Items that need to be vacuum-packed (ie: tents, air mattresses) will have a 25% restocking fee.
Non-Refundable / Non-Reimbursable Expenses
Expedited Shipping (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day, Saturday) charges are never refunded. Truck Candy will accept responsibility for our errors, but we will not be responsible for costs incurred expediting shipments.
TruckCandy is not liable for labor, damage to vehicle, or lost time and activities arising from a defective product or delays in delivery.
The value of any promotional item supplied with the product will not be refunded.
Once the product is received, it is inspected. Then an inspection report is sent to sales, who then sends a credit request to accounting (assuming the product passed inspection). Accounting will refund the original credit card used for the purchase. The complete process typically takes 2-3 weeks.
